Toronto Knitter's Frolic 2016

I had such a fantastic time at the Knitter's Frolic yesterday, put on by the Toronto Knitter's Guild! I met so many new and returning customers, chatted with other vendors, and got to see and touch some beautiful yarn. I was a guest in the Wool-Gathering booth, and was definitely in the company of some other wonderful yarns.

I was really excited to introduce our new laceweight 100% alpaca base at the show. It's such a perfect yarn for spring - light and airy and so soft. I'm really looking forward to seeing what everyone makes with theirs. I worked on a shawl in my favourite laceweight colour during the quieter times in the booth, and I'm hoping to write up the pattern when it's finished. Bow River Lace will be on the website on Wednesday, so keep an eye out for the e-mail with the shop update announcement in a few days!

Did you go to the frolic? What yarn goodies did you come home with?
